Batch approved, billable T&E entries into a Xero ACCREC invoice with a single action. Line items are constructed from card and project references. Entries are marked invoiced with a timestamp and locked from further editing. The invoice reference is stored in Sales2Paid; Xero remains the authoritative source for accounting. Full invoice history is maintained per project. Card documents are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted in the database.

The US CLOUD Act gives US authorities the ability to compel US-based cloud providers to produce data — even when that data is stored outside the US — because jurisdiction follows the corporate entity, not the server location. Sales2Paid deployments hosted in New Zealand, Australia, or the EU use infrastructure providers outside US jurisdiction and carry no CLOUD Act exposure. All sensitive fields — messages, documents, database connection strings — are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Each organisation's data lives in its own PostgreSQL database, fully isolated — not just schema-separated. Enterprise on-premise deployments have zero third-party cloud dependency.
